Field Test Technician Registration for Retest

Because class size is limited, all classes are filled on a "first response" basis. To reserve a space, payment must accompany your completed application. No payments will be accepted at the door. Allow two weeks for a confirmation to be emailed, faxed or mailed to you. You are responsible for knowing your class dates, times and location.

  • Retests are given at 8 a. m. on the last Saturday of the class.
  • Enrollees are entitled to attend each session of their assigned classes but are not required to do so.
  • For a written retest, you may enroll in any class, even if it is marked full, as long as the registration form and payment are received 14 days prior to the FIRST date of the class.
  • For a performance retest, a class NOT marked FULL must be chosen.
