Field Test Technician Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register and confirm my registration?
  1. Download and print the application and Frequently Asked Questions from www.acisocal.org.
  2. Read the FAQs and complete the application. Be sure that all information is printed clearly and is legible.
  3. Copy your application and keep it for your records and future reference. (You may need it later.)
  4. Mail your completed application with payment to the address at the top of the application or fax it with credit card information to (562) 692-3425.
  5. After 5 working days, return to acisocal.org and the web page of your first-choice class. Your name will be listed in alphabetical order by last name IF you were assigned to this class.
